About Us
Northstar (KRT Management, Inc) was founded in southern California in 2002 as a small, woman-owned business. As a remediation contractor, our services include professional environmental consulting, custom equipment fabrication, and biological monitoring for sites throughout the western US. The professional staff, certified in multiple states, has decades of experience in geology, environmental consulting, hydrogeology, and engineering. Our customers include Fortune 500 firms in the energy sector including private and public corporations, military, municipal, and independent property owners and developers.
Our goal is to provide innovative solutions at cost-effective pricing to bring about remediation and regulatory closure of contaminated sites. We work to restore damaged properties to usefulness through repurposing, redevelopment, and reuse by working with all involved parties to install safeguards to protect human health and the environment.
Who We Are
We are certified geologists, hydrogeologists and engineers that work together to solve and manage environmental problems. Each one of us has a different background and skill set that is used in navigating the complex issues of site remediation. Our network of professionals allows us to bring in other services that we need to complete projects so that they are turn-key to our customers. We uniquely offer both professional consulting and equipment contracting services making us a valuable team member on projects throughout the western US. Our small size keeps us flexible and affordable, yet we maintain the highest standards of quality.
